• Be it a large or small claim we at Heritage Claims Service  write own our estimates using the POWER CLAIM Craftsman Costbook estimating and pricing system. These estimates can be on a unit cost or time and materials basis depending on the clients’ preference. Material and labor costs are adjusted to reflect regional pricing, thus assuring accurate estimates. Inaccurate estimates are of no value to our clients.

• We have experienced great success in settling disputed claims utilizing the appraisal clause of the insurance contract. By properly executing the appraisal clause, claims can be settled at a fair dollar amount without incurring attorney fees which often exceed the value of the claim.
